In Search of Happiness is an islander's autobiography in which he shares his unique and exciting experiences in the pursuit of happiness in life and career. His is a life guided by the Scout Principles and with his background of impressive scholastic achievements and management expertise, he relates, in this book, his unique way of managing two agricultural-related institutions. He deeply believes in the balanced way of living and harmonised his career development with the physical, spiritual, mental and social aspects of life. He organised and participated in many sporting and recreational activities such as trekking, scuba diving, mountain climbing, whitewater rafting, sailing and canoeing in his quest to attain his balance.
