You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store, or ship them directly to your doorstep. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
PAYMENT METHOD - All product prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). - We accept payment by VISA, MASTER and DEBIT card issued by Malaysian banks. The Company shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. - Please note that we do not receive cash on delivery.
- Full payment in respect of an order must be made upon the placing of the order. If your payment cannot be processed, the order will be not be accepted and you are advised to contact your card issuer to resolve any problem concerning the use of your credit card in order to continue with the order.
- We reserve the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.
- If payment for any order has already been made but the order is not accepted by us, you will be entitled to a refund, depending on the period of time your financial institution needs to arrange the refund. We shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

- If you are not available to take delivery, Pos Laju Malaysia may leave a cardgiving you instructions on self-pickup from your nearest Pos Laju Office. It is the Customer responsibility if unable to collect their item from their nearest Pos Laju Office within given period after instructed for self-pickup by Pos Laju.
- For redeliver requested by customer, we are entitled to charge for providing the service.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the Company immediately of any change to their delivery address.
- We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
